Meeting Room Rental
The Kapiti Aero Club is situated in a new purpose built facility on Toru Road and has a number of meeting rooms available for hire.
Large meeting room
Our large meeting room overlooks the airport and has capacity for up to 40 people. Facilities include a small kitchenette, tea and coffee making facilities and a large flat screen TV suitable for AV presentations.
Half day hire: $150
Full day hire: $300
Small meeting room
Our small meeting room is more private and includes desk space for up to 8 people to collaborate. Facilities include a large whiteboard and a flat screen TV suitable for AV presentations.
Half day hire: $75
Full day hire: $150

No alcohol is allowed in any of the meeting spaces. The meeting spaces are not appropriate for large parties or wedding receptions.
